Understanding Sites
A crucial aspect of managing sustainability and bill payments effectively is organizing your data by sites. To facilitate this, your next step is to configure your site list directly within Deck’s platform. This configuration enables you to:
● Link specific utility accounts to their respective sites.
● Assign site managers who will be responsible for connecting and managing utility connections.
This setup ensures a structured approach to monitoring and managing your sustainability efforts and financial obligations related to utility usage. By assigning site managers, you also distribute the responsibility, ensuring that site-specific data is accurately managed and up-to-date.
Important: Setting Automatic Connection Requests
Before adding sites, decide if site managers should automatically receive an email connection request once a site is created. Adjust this setting in Parameters > General. This ensures site managers are promptly linked and informed, streamlining site setup.
