Permissions and Roles

We offer various sets of permissions for team members that can differ based on the type of team

Admins

Users that are empowered to create new teams, set parameters, invite members, establish site structure, manage all connections, and view all data. This role is designed for those who need full control over the platform's functionality and oversight.

Roles Specific to the Request object (Fintechs, Payments, and Account Switching)

Managers

Users who can configure the landing page, edit the LINK widget, assign or reassign requests, and view all requests. Managers are given the ability to control and amend the Members of the team and the branding associated with the specific team.

Analyst

Users who can create new requests, view, and take action on requests they are assigned to.

Roles Specific to the Site object (Sustainability, Accounting, Bills, and Energy Management)

Team Managers

Team Managers are given the ability to control and amend the LINK Widget, Members of the team and the branding associated with the specific team.

Site Managers

Site Managers can manage only the sources and view data for the sites to which they are assigned. This role is tailored for individuals responsible for specific areas within the project, offering them the necessary access without overwhelming them with broader administrative capabilities.

Additionally, we have a unique role for external collaboration:

Connection Owner (Site-Base Only)

This role is assigned to external users who do not have access to the platform but can be tasked with connecting an account. It's an effective way to securely integrate external data sources without granting platform access. You do not need to add those users to your dashboard, they will only interact to connection request sent by email.
